Applicants for Student Associate status must be enrolled in Canada in faculties, schools or departments of architecture, the RAIC Syllabus Program, or other courses of study that are considered by Council to be equivalent. In addition, students who are enrolled in faculties, schools or departments of architecture in the United States of America in a program accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board that is considered by Council to be the equivalent to enrolment in a faculty, schools or department of architecture in Canada, are also eligible to apply for Student Associate status.
