Ana Stefanovic

Intern Architect

BArchSc, M.Arch

My studies have taken me across multiple continents. I achieved my foundational understanding of architecture at Ryerson University, learning the fundamentals of architecture in the heart of our great city.  Afterwards, I furthered my studies in Dessau, Germany immersing myself in the Bauhaus style and earning my Masters Degree. I’ve balanced the theoretical with practical knowledge by having worked at BBB Architects, Canon Design, Toronto Pan Am/Para Pan Am Games, Forrec, and currently at B+H Architects.

I am an OAA intern architect with over 8 years of experience.  My professional experience has given me the opportunity to contribute to sports and recreational projects. Leaving the legacy and mark in Canadian history is one of my passions that I will continue to pursue.

Recently, I had the pleasure of contributing back to the architecture community through a Teacher’s Assistant opportunity at Ryerson University. There I was able to interact with students who have architecture experience abroad but are coming to a new country to build a new future. The experience was incredibly rewarding. The passion of architecture combined with the excitement for shaping the new future is a feeling that we’ve all felt in our lives. It’s the reason we all chose architecture as not only our profession, but our calling.

I want to continue to contribute to the field of architecture and as an advocate for other Intern Architects, I will implement new ideas you have and improve the licensing process.
