Salary Range: $50k-$100k per annum depending on experience.

Skillset and Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture: Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Registered Intern Architect with a provincial associate or licensed Architect.

• Strong proficiency in software such as Revit, and other relevant design tools.

• Ability to develop creative and innovative design solutions, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Technical understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and building materials, with the ability to produce detailed construction documents.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, communicating ideas clearly and contributing to project discussions.

• Experience in managing projects, including coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Passion for pushing the boundaries of architectural design and a desire to contribute to projects that make a positive impact on communities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

• Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills, with a desire to advance within the firm.
