The following is the process that will be followed for election in the Eastern Ontario, City of Toronto, and the Province of Ontario Electoral Districts:  

November 14, 2011: Ballots and voting instructions will be sent to the electorate on or before this date.

November 28, 2011: Ballots must be received by 4:30 p.m. on this date. (Please note that faxed or e-mailed ballots are not permitted)

November 30, 2011: Ballot counting will take place on or before this date.
