Nineteen teams of architects and engineers and four teams of students competed to design and build structures completely out of canned food in the 13th annual design event.

In all, some 85,300 pounds of food will be donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank once the structures have been dismantled.

The winners of the 13th annual design event were announced at the Design Exchange in downtown Toronto.
