Continuing Education Equivalency


Options for Members licensed in more than one Canadian Jurisdiction  

If an OAA member is licenced in Ontario, continuing education activities must be reported to the OAA using the  Continuing Education transcript.

If an OAA member is licensed in more than one Canadian Jurisdiction, two reporting options are available:

OPTION I

Report continuing education activities to the OAA using the Continuing Education transcript.

OPTION II

Report continuing education activities to any of the following Canadian Jurisdictions which have equivalency in place with the OAA:

  • The Alberta Association of Architects (AAA)
  • The Architect's Association of New Brunswick (AANB)
  • The Architects Association of Prince Edward Island (AAPEI)
  • The Manitoba Association of Architects (MAA)
  • The Newfoundland Association of Architects (NLAA)
  • The Northwest Territories Association of Architects (NWTAA)
  • The Saskatchewan Association of Architects (SAA)

If an OAA member has chosen Option II, he/she must complete the release form below and return it to the OAA prior the end of the Continuing Education Cycle. A separate form must be submitted to OAAConEd@oaa.on.ca for each continuing education Cycle.
