
CORE topics specify the areas of learning for each Continuing Education Cycle as approved by OAA Council. The content of learning modules promoted as CORE Programs under the OAA Continuing Education must fall within one of the CORE topic areas and meet the criteria established under the national document “Quality Assurance for Continuing Education Activities for the Architecture Profession in Canada”. Learning modules must be approved by the OAA, and all distance learning modules to be considered for CORE learning must include an ‘interactive component’ as defined in the national document.
