Every subsequent time late: $1,000.00
These fines DO NOT replace the current the Complaints and Discipline process. Moreover, the fines are in addition to any decision and order of the Discipline Committee with regard to non-compliance with the mandatory Continuing Education Program.
Continuing Education activities must be completed within the given cycle dates; July 1 to June 30 biannually. Once the Continuing Education cycle ends; members who have completed their requirements are not to backdate Continuing Education learning activities.
Once the Continuing Education cycle ends (June 30 biannually), OAA members do not have access to their transcript.
All structured learning must be accompanied by a certificate or a letter confirming attendance, or speaking engagement.
If there are exceptional circumstances which have prevented an OAA member from meeting the ConEd requirements, those circumstances should be made known to the Continuing Education program staff at email@example.com.
Applications under the OAA Leave Policy which may allow relief of some portion of their ConEd; can be sent for consideration to Tina Carfa.
