OAA Member Responsibilities

  1. Choosing their Program - Creating a plan

    It is the responsibility of OAA members to select a combination of CORE and Self–Directed learning opportunities that are best suited to their needs and meet the ConEd program requirements.
  2. Reporting hours - Updating Transcripts 

    Architects must SELF-REPORT their CORE learning on their OAA transcript located on the OAA Web site under "My Transcript". The OAA does not record any hours on member’s transcripts.
  3. Retaining Back-up Information   

    For auditing purposes, architects must  keep CORE and Self-Directed  supporting documentation for a period of 2/4 years after  completion of the learning activity and submit such documentation to the OAA upon request. Please refer to Transcript Audit Process for more information.
