The Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) is the national joint committee responsible for the development, production and review of standard Canadian construction contracts, forms and guides. Formed in 1974, the CCDC includes owner representatives from each of the public and private sectors, as well as appointed volunteer members of the following four national organizations:
CCDC 2 2008 is the standard stipulated price construction contract used throughout Canada for small or large projects.
The OAA recommends certain Supplementary Conditions for CCDC 2, developed in consultation with and agreement of the Ontario General Contractors Association (OGCA). See Practice Tip PT.23

You will need to purchase a Registration Number from the OAA to be able to download CCDC documents. Copyright seals are required for the use of the CCDC contracts.
