Architect or Technologist with experience in general review of construction and administration of construction contracts.
As Construction Contract Administrator, you will manage all of the Consultant's tasks outlined by the Construction Contract, under the supervision and direction of the Project Architect. These include the review of submittals, review and reporting upon construction and its compliance with contract documents, coordinating consultants' reviews, chairing and minuting site meetings, issuing supplemental instructions, implementing changes in the work, and processing applications for payment.
The position requires strong working knowledge of the CCDC-2 Stipulated Sum Construction Contract. Skills in negotiation and managing interpersonal relationships are also an asset.
