As a longstanding member of the design community in Canada, Gary’s skills and experience are very diverse. He has worked internationally in large firms, such as HOK, SOM and IBI, and smaller firms such as Vancouver's planning firm VIA, on the widest variety of projects. In his Toronto based practice, he combines entrepreneurship, project management, green technology and artistic talent. His commitment to research into the latest computer applications and processes in Architecture ensure his firm remains at the forefront of creative and technical innovation in Canada.

Design of Middle East projects in Dubai and Doha. Sr. Design Architect on Dubai Marina. Aviation and museum projects in Florida. Internship with Urbana Architects on Nortel Networks Carling Research Campus.
1995 to 2003
Designed and detailed curtain wall systems, with the inventors of curtain wall high rise construction.

Internship on Vancouver Planning projects. Develop Coal Harbour, and False Creek.
Build out of the Cineplex theatre chain. Responsible for the design and building permit drawings for both movie and live theatre. Speciality in architectural graphics.
1985 to 1990
Sole proprietor. Projects range from the design of retail and themed environments for FORREC and Design International, to building permits for small renovations and retail projects in Toronto and GTA.
