Certificate of Practice Invoices

The Annual Certificate of Practice Renewal Invoice is available. Click on the link below to access the online Certificate of Practice Renewal Invoice.

Important Reminder: Your Licence and Certificate of Practice are two separate billing systems, with separate logins. To switch from one billing system to another: sign out, select your other billing system, and login.

Renewal Invoice Tips

Forgot your Username or Password? Click on “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the login page for the Online Renewal Invoice in order to retrieve your information.

Select "Pay Offline" to have a Renewal Invoice e-mailed to the
e-mail address of record.

If your practice is paying your Renewal Fee, add the accounting department’s e-mail address in the ‘invoice only’ e-mail field. They will receive a copy of your Renewal Invoice once you have completed the online process. Make sure you select ‘Pay Offline’ to complete your Renewal Invoice.

Certificate of Practice

  1. Payment is due March 1.
  2. If payment is received after April 30 the Certificate of Practice will be cancelled.
