Complaints can be filed regarding the conduct or actions of any:

• member of the Association; or
• holder of a Certificate of Practice; or
• holder of a Temporary Licence

with respect to the provision of architectural services.

Who can file a complaint:

• A member of the public; or
• Member of the OAA
