Discipline Decisions are the result of Discipline Hearings conducted by a tribunal comprised of two senior Members of the Association and a Lieutenant Governor in Council Appointee from the Discipline Committee.

The Discipline Committee hears allegations of professional misconduct against a Member of the Association, holder of a Cerfiticate of Practice or a holder of a Temporary Licence.

Allegations may arise through:

• referral of a matter by the Complaints Committee; or
• Council may direct the Discipline Committee to conduct a hearing into allegations of professional misconduct in a specific situation.
