Mastering the Graceful Exit: Leadership Continuity

Time 11 AM – 12:30 PM

Succession plans for enduring architectural firms need to be much more than simply a schedule for transferring ownership. In order to master a graceful exit from operations and their ownership role, leaders of architectural firms must focus on a broader and holistic plan that is integral to their firms strategy, while continuously recruiting the best and carefully cultivating their talent pool.

It is understandable that most principals of architectural firms use wishful thinking to defer preparing for their future, sometimes not laying a solid foundation for their succession planning until they are well into their 60s. Proactive leaders begin at least 10 years before retirement in order to ensure a smooth transition and receive fair compensation for the firm they have helped build. Even if your retirement timeline is shorter than 10 years, it is not too late to begin to set your firm up for a successful transition to other future leaders and preserve your legacy.

Join us for a rich discussion and leave with succession planning tools to use immediately!

This webinar will be available with live closed captioning.
