In recognition of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no increase in annual fees for 2021. Architects and Licensed Technologists OAA who have not renewed by February 28, 2021 incur a $162.50 late fee payment penalty. Those who have not paid by March 30 will be cancelled on April 1.

Preparing for Practice Online Annual Fee Billing
Is Your Practice’s Email Up to Date?

In mid-January, an announcement about the annual renewal invoice for Practices will be sent to Certificate of Practice holders via their email address on file with the OAA. If you require changes to your contact information, please email the Office of the Registrar. It is important to remember your Practice and Individual accounts are different. You can retrieve your information by looking at last year’s Practice invoice for the unique OAA ID. Your username is OAA followed by the ID number.
