Richard Wengle Architect Inc. is a mid-sized architectural firm located in downtown Toronto, specializing in boutique residential projects, both single family residential and multi unit condominium.

We are currently looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to fill a permanent position in our condominium division. Experience in multi storey Condominiums with a strong knowledge in detailing construction documents and a high degree of local construction methods, building code and materials is essential.

The successful applicant would be prepared to assist with design development and working drawings, permit, tender and construction documents using AutoCAD 2024 as well as coordination with Consultants and corresponding with Clients. Sound knowledge of the Ontario Building Code is essential.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who would thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Organization, communication skills and being able to work well under pressure is a must. Applicants with a cheerful attitude and good interpersonal skills with staff, clients and consultants are desirable.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 dependent on experience.
