We have an immediate opening for a qualified Intermediate Architectural Technologist or Intern Architect, with minimum 5 years full-time experience.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in single family and multi-family residential projects.
  
• A diploma/degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  
• Excellent understanding of the Ontario Building Code and municipal Zoning By-laws.
  
• Ability to produce full permit drawings for single and multi family projects with minimal guidance.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a must.
• NOTE: Proficiency in Revit is mandatory. Candidate should not apply to this position without pro-level experience in Revit.
• Sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)tools to enhance productivity is an asset.
• Ability to generate photo-realistic renderings is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to ISO 9001 management processes.
• Sound knowledge of Canadian wood frame and concrete construction detailing.

Duties: 

• Preparation and gathering of all Zoning related information for residential projects.
  
• Site planning and development of full design and construction drawings for single family and multi-family residential projects.
  
• Preparation of complete working drawings for Building Permit and other municipal applications.
  
• Contract Admin experience is an asset.
• Candidates must be able to commute to job sites.
