Sam Esposto Architect Inc. is seeking Intermediate or Senior Architects to join our growing team in Hamilton, Ontario. About Our Work:
We specialize in a diverse portfolio of project types, including Long-Term Care Facilities, Mid-Rise Residential Developments, Institutional Buildings, and Commercial Retail Spaces. Our projects are rooted in thoughtful design that balances form and function, with a strong focus on meeting client needs while contributing positively to the built environment.

About the Role:
We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about design excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading architectural projects from concept through to completion

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, buildable solutions

• Utilizing advanced design tools and technology to communicate ideas effectively

• Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure project vision and objectives are met

• Contributing to a culture of continuous learning and mentorship within the studio

What We’re Looking For:

• A professional degree in architecture and OAA registration (or eligibility)

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience

• Strong design sensibility with a portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength and technical execution

• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam

• Proficiency in additional tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an asset

• Strong experience with contract administration is an asset

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Salary Range$65,000 - $85,000
