Junior Technologist

ABBARCH’s Toronto office has an immediate need to fill the position of Junior Technologist for large retail developments.

Qualifications include:

• 0 to 5 years of relevant local experience

• Advanced knowledge of Revit/ BIM and AutoCAD

• Familiarity with provincial building codes nationwide

• Ability to work in a team setting

• Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines for multiple projects

• Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat

• Graphic skills and proficiency with Enscape Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an asset

Duties include:

• Liaising with clients and project stakeholders

• Working on multiple projects with internal team members and consultants from design development to construction completion

• Preparation and issuance of all deliverables (Permit, Bid, Construction, etc.)

• Coordinating and conducting scope trips

Salary Range 55-65k
