The City of Pickering is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager, Capital Projects.
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and managing the construction administration of major facilities-related capital projects, including development of budgets, preparation and evaluation of procurement documents, and preparation of related and administrative studies, memos and reports. The incumbent also directly assists the Manager, Facilities Capital Projects in the long-term planning and implementation of major facilities-related construction projects and related Corporate initiatives.
