We’d Like to Meet You.

You are a self-sufficient and experienced Project Architect, with a minimum of ten years of full-time post-graduate experience, with high-level project execution experience in multiple sectors, such as retail, hospitality and institutional work, for top-tier clients. You have a network of industry contacts, a knowledge of the technical, regulatory and political challenges projects face, and the proven ability to lead through all phases of design and delivery. You can proactively lead the internal and external consultant team, provide thoughtful advice to clients, and can establish and maintain a productive and positive atmosphere. You have a solid knowledge of the building industry’s current concerns, regularly participate in industry events and are willing to step up to help fill in wherever is needed.

You are a graduate of an accredited professional program and are a member of the OAA or another Canadian jurisdiction. You are looking to drive the development of your own career, you want to work with an enthusiastic and positive team, and to expand your exposure to all aspects of design practice (and beyond). You are smart, open-minded, communicative, proactive and you enjoy working on a variety of types and scales of projects for premiere clients in a beautiful & creative studio setting.

You care about your city, design, art, and culture, and take pride in improving your own learning and abilities, and you actively engage with your industry and profession socially. You embrace technology and do not shy from the unknown; you are willing to do the work to help improve processes and drive design. You want to be a part of something new and exciting, to help it grow, and to help create great new opportunities for yourself and your colleagues.

Salary Range.

To be based on experience level, but for qualified candidates, a minimum of $95,000/ann.
