We are an established and thriving architectural practice located at Richmond and Spadina in downtown Toronto. We provide a full range of architectural services to our healthcare, industrial, commercial, and retail sector clients on projects across Canada.

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions.

1. Project Architect

2. Graduate Intern Architect

Project Architect:

 Work Description:

Actively participate in and lead a team through all phases of assigned projects from pre-design through to project completion.  You will regularly interact and collaborate with all members of project teams from Clients, users, and consultants.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years professional Architectural work experience in all project phases

• The ability to lead a multi-disciplinary design team.

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Strong design skills supported by sound knowledge of building construction and codes.

• Be proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCad 2021+, Sketch up, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Office

• Possess a class G driver’s licence.

 Compensation:

• $75K to $95K annually with health care benefits plan. Salary commensurate with experience level.

Work Description

Graduate Intern Architect

Actively participate in a team on all phases of assigned projects from pre-design through to project completion.  You will work and interact with all members of firm as well as members of project teams from Clients, users, and consultants.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will:

• Possess the desire to learn and participate in all phases of a project.

• Be a recent graduate from an Architectural program from an OAA accredited University with 1 to 2 years’ continuous work experience in an Architectural office.  

• Have strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Have strong hand and digital graphic skills.

• Be proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCad 2021+, Sketch up, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Office.

• Possess a Class G driver’s licence.

Compensation

$55K to $65K annually with health care benefits plan.
