Senior Healthcare Architect

We currently have opportunities for a Senior Healthcare Architect interested in making an impact on a diverse range of innovative projects across Canada.

In this role you will be involved in:

• Work on conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production

• Manage the deliverables of the design team

• Work with consultants, contractors, specialty equipment suppliers, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

• Support Business Development within the healthcare sector

• Supervise and mentor junior staff

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Minimum10 years of practice experience

• Familiar with applicable healthcare design standards

• Familiar with current trends, evidenced based design, lean design principles, etc.

• Sustainability and relevant accreditation in healthcare a plus

• Strong conceptual, graphic and design skills

• Proficiency in Revit and related production software an asset

• Critical thinking, effective problem solving and decision-making skills a must

• Experience preparing design and construction documents for institutional and residential projects

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
