JOB POSTING: SENIOR TECHNOLOGIST

We are currently seeking a Senior Technologist to join our Toronto office. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to a variety of retail developments within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on multiple projects with internal team members and external consultants from design development to construction completion

• Prepare and issue of all project deliverables, including Permit, Bid, Construction

• Assist inhouse project teams with complete Revit project setup following in house standards

• Assist in transferring firm’s CAD standards into Revit standards

• Coordinate and participate in site and scope review trips

• Mentoring junior staff members

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the architectural market

• Expert level proficiency in Revit including work-sharing with the ability to produce detailed 3D models and coordinate effectively with project teams

• Solid knowledge of provincial building codes across Canada.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat

• Working knowledge of graphic software such as Enscape Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Salary ranges from $75 to $90K.
