This policy governs the Licence via Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) between the Canadian Architectural Licensing Authorities (CALA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Applicants who meet the requirements set out in the MRA between CALA and NCARB and who demonstrate current practice, are eligible for Licence.
