As part of a building permit submission process, local Authorities Having Jurisdiction request that an OBC Matrix be completed for each project submission. Typically, this is provided on the architectural permit drawing set. Through this seminar, we will be completing an OBC Part 3/9 and Part 11 OAA Matrix. We will use a typical project example and complete the matrices live during the seminar.
