LCW Studios will be the largest purpose-built film studio in North America when completed in July / August 2025. The total area is 1.3M sq.ft. and consists of 21 sound stages, administration offices, production areas, art and costume design spaces as well as 2 levels of U/G parking. The facility is fossil fuel free. It will provide full-time employment for approximately 5,000 people and is conveniently located beside the Lake City Way skytrain station.
