Pathways to Accessible Housing Part 2 - Design and Feasibility

Building on our first Pathways to Accessible Housing gathering in Fall 2024, ULI Toronto’s Accelerating Accessibility Coalition (AAC) invites you to join us for a free engaging and solutions-driven event on the design and feasibility of accessible housing.

Leading voices from the real estate industry will unpack the challenges and opportunities in creating housing that meets the needs of people of all abilities—without compromising on quality or profitability.

Through a dynamic panel discussion and interactive roundtable sessions with experts in development, architecture, accessible design, costing and finance, we’ll clarify accessibility standards, demystify common misconceptions, and examine design and financial strategies to make inclusive housing a scalable reality.

Whether you’re a developer, policymaker, or designer, this is your chance to connect with like-minded peers, collaborate, and learn more about the opportunities in advancing accessible housing.
