Practice renewals are due before May 1. Those who have not paid by that date will be cancelled the following day.

Your Practice account is separate from your Individual account, with different passwords. You can retrieve your information by looking at last year’s Practice or Individual renewal for the unique OAA IDs. Your username is OAA followed by the ID number.
