The OAA is working with a strategic research firm over the summer to develop the questions that will form this fall’s individual and practice surveys, following up previous ones in 2011 and 2019–2020. The findings in these surveys play an important role in helping Council make decisions, guiding progress regarding the pursuit of specific initiatives, as well as developing programs. The demographic data collected is vital for policy efforts, enabling the OAA to support the profession in meeting its roles and responsibilities.
To this end, the OAA is seeking four Intern Architects or Intern Technologists, along with one Student Associate or Student Technologist, to volunteer as reviewers and provide feedback, offering an important perspective as questions are developed. If you are interested in participating, fill out an Indication of Interest and send it, along with your CV, to Chief Operations Officer Kathy Armbrust with “Survey Review Interest” as your subject header by July 31.
