The World Architecture Festival (WAF), in collaboration with
The Architect’s Newspaper, has unveiled its 40 Under 40 North America initiative, spotlighting 40 exceptional architects under the age of 40 from the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The program aims to celebrate the rising stars shaping the future of architecture.
Selected architects will have their work showcased at the WAF in Miami, gaining exposure to some of the world’s most influential architects. Additionally, all longlisted entrants will receive a complimentary WAF ticket (valued at £1299, CAD$2,387), and their projects featured in
The Architect’s Newspaper and promoted across WAF’s platforms.
Eligible architects must be 40 or younger by June 30, 2025, and submissions require two A2 boards showcasing completed projects or design ideas. The entry deadline is
July 18, with a fee of £99 (CAD $182).
