Nomination Period Now Open

Council sets policy direction, making critical decisions regarding the future of the profession and directly affecting practices and members. Up for election are five seats for Architects (two for Province of Ontario, two for City of Toronto, and one for Eastern Ontario), a seat for a Licensed Technologist OAA, and a non-voting seat for an Intern Architect. Virtual Celebration of Excellence
OAA's first-ever virtual Celebration of Excellence was held on October 1. The People’s Choice, Michael V. and Wanda Plachta and the Lieutenant Governor's Award for Design Excellence in Architecture winners were revealed. If you didn't get a chance to see it, view it now on our You Tube channel.

The Ontario Association of Architects is pleased to introduce its Newly Licensed Architects and Licensed Technologists OAA. This list, which should include all those new OAA members from April 1, 2019 to July 17, 2020, was shared before the 2020 Annual General Meeting. These individuals have been recognized for their hard work and dedication in reaching this important milestone in their careers.
